UGAIN partners meeting in Lund, Sweden, May 2019
In May the partners met in Lund Sweden to discuss the case studies and look at the next training modules and the guidance handbook for urban gardens working with migrants. We also visited an allotment garden in Brunnshög outside of Lund with our hosting partner Folkuniversitetet in May. Brunnshög is a large allotment site which hosts a number of groups including migrant groups and is characterised by its diversity, community and association spirit. They have bees and chickens on the site as well as many spaces to grow vegetables and flowers. The next meeting is planned for October in Bristol.
